Whe d'Whe is an employee at Zootopia who's on charge of the roller coaster. He wears a yellow and red jacket and hat and has red-brown fur and white skin.

The roller coaster has been going nonstop, and the guests on it are miserable. Got onto the coaster track (preferably using Woodball so you won't fall out and have to start over) and bump into the coaster cars. Do this for each one and you will complete the mission.
After completing Whe d'Whe's mission, you will be able to do Boomboom's.

“Whe d’Whe is hurrying to finish work. He’s supposed to help Duv d'Duv with his show. As long as nothing goes wrong with the roller coaster he should make it in Main Street in time for the performance.”
