VinVIN is a big monkey who is the leader of a biker gang in Monkitropolis. He has purple-brown fur and white skin. He wears a red and yellow biker jacket with a blue shirt with a fire pattern, fingerless gloves, and goggles.

VinVIN does not give nor is the objective of any missions, but is the subject of NeeNAW's at the Speedway. Humble him, and the biker gang will be brought to justice.
