Wide Bridge
Wide Bridge is the 4th Beginner floor in (Super) Monkey Ball.
In Super Monkey Ball Deluxe, it is the 4th Beginner and Ultimate stage in Challenge Mode, as well as World 1-7 in Story Mode.
In Super Monkey Ball Banana Mania, on top of its original position, it is also the 4th SMB1 Marathon stage.
Description
This stage is made up of two platforms with a long, rotating bridge between them. The bridge rotates through roughly 30˚ in each direction before reversing. There is a row of bananas on the bridge, but they do not rotate with it.
Strategy
The bridge can be entered and exited when it lines up with the platforms. Rolling across the bridge requires some level of care to compensate for its angular momentum and acceleration as it rotates, but the bridge is fairly wide, allowing for some leeway, and rotates fairly slowly.
It is possible to make it across the whole bridge in one cycle, but it is easier for beginner players to be patient and cross the bridge slowly.

A harder version of this stage, called Narrow Bridge, appears in Advanced. As for Wide Bridge itself, it has reappeared several times throughout the series, namely:

- In Touch & Roll as Swathe
- In Banana Splitz as Wide Bridge once more
