Heavy Rain is a world setting found only in the arcade game Monkey Ball. It is a prototype for what would eventually become Super Monkey Ball's Storm.
Description
The world has a dark surrounding with blueish raindrops falling on the stage. While it is a less intense environment than Storm, there is still noticeable rainfall.
